This was one of those ‘pinch me’ Weddings with a ‘pinch me’ couple at a ‘pinch me’ venue. When I first met with Aden and Morgan I fell in love instantly. Their kindness radiates, their love radiates. They’re just good, wholesome people. They’re that rare unicorn in the life of love; High School Sweethearts. Their Wedding Party was made up of mostly childhood best friends. That just doesn’t happen anymore. To remain so close with your past as you grow and change in the future; it’s truly a beautiful thing to be cherished. I swear every person I met at this Wedding was kind; it was like reuniting with old friends the entire day. To feel welcomed in this sort of profession and treated as family makes our job that much more special. To not only capture this monumental day but actually share in it as well.
The Hermitage is a breathtaking venue as anyone can see. It doesn’t need much in the grand scheme of ‘decorating’ but the touches that were brought in to make this day special were perfect. Stunning florals, lanterns hanging from trees, brushed silver tea pots and vintage collectors items sprinkled through out. Wooden tables, lush greenery, hues of corn flower blue. Perfect vows following the sweetest ‘First Look’. A sunshine filled day when it called for storms. Endless portrait time (thank youuuu) laughter in the air as cornhole games ensued and good tunes thanks to the band, Cheap Thrills. It was an exceptional day filled with so much love. I think it’s safe to say that everyone that was a part of this day was over the moon for these two. History, tying the knot. This young, ‘awkward’ couple that they’ve watched ‘grow up’ together are officially husband and wife. I loved this day and I love you all so much! Thank you for welcoming the Macons in to your fun loving group of family and friends!!
Nowww, it’s a long one, grab some coffee and enjoy!
Special thanks to my love Brandi and her fabulous team// As You Wish
